What we stand for
I tried everything. Programs that promised power. Gentle styles that left me uninspired. Classes that provided physical results but demanded hours I didn't have. Nothing gave me the endorphin rush AND the grace I so desperately craved.
Nothing made me feel both powerful and feminine.
So... I created it.
As a professional dancer, I was constantly aware of my body—not just how it looked, but how it moved, performed, endured. I was always chasing the next edge: energy, endurance, presence.
